Counterforce is able to provide you with a wide range of services in addition to basic burglary and fire monitoring.
Alarm signals are sent to our Central Station by "traditional" burglary and fire monitoring systems over wire-based telephone lines. While this is currently the most reliable method of communication, we also offer Radio and Cellular Back-up Communication which gives you an extra measure of reliability in the event that the premise telephone line is cut or becomes non-functional.
 Many of our subscribers elect to include Two-way Voice Communication in their monitoring system design. This feature allows instantaneous two-way voice communication between the user and dispatchers in our Central Station and eliminates the need for telephone calls to verify or cancel alarms. When an alarm is triggered, a microphone in the system is immediately activated and allows our dispatchers to hear voices and activity from the premises.
Counterforce provides Off-site Access Control for many businesses and multi-user facilities. This includes card-key access and documentation of specific individuals entering the monitored facility. Unique Operator Codes allow residential users to monitor entry and exit times of specific residents of the home.
In addition to burglary and fire monitoring, monitored alarm systems can include sensing components which transmit a signal to the Central Station upon the occurrence of a variety of Monitored Events. A burglary and fire alarm system will automatically report to the Central Station if primary power is lost or the back-up battery is not charging properly. Specialized sensors may be added to the system to detect conditions such as out-of-limit temperatures, water leakage, and swimming pool wave motion.
Our Central Station is able to monitor subscriber premises through Video Supervision accomplished by broadband transmission. This form of monitoring provides visual confirmation of unauthorized premise entry.
Counterforce also maintains relationships with independent guard services who are dispatched by our Central Station in jurisdictions which require "Verified Response" as a prerequisite to police dispatch.
